Refund Policy

Because database packages are digital goods delivered directly to you, refunds are handled case by case.

Eligible for Refund

• Payment charged but the order was never fulfilled or delivered.
• Delivered file is materially different from what was ordered (wrong country/category or a verified, unreasonably low proportion of usable records).
• Duplicate/accidental charge for the same order.

Not Eligible for Refund

• Change of mind after a correctly delivered order.
• Normal, expected data decay over time (businesses closing, changing numbers, etc.) after delivery.

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or the Contact page with your Order ID.
